When is the Tournament?

Where will the tournament be held?
North Atlanta High on the gym floor
What time is the tournament:
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
How is the tournament Organized?
The tournament is a single elimination tournament. Once a player loses they are out of the tournament.
Will there be school bus transportation to the tournament?
If your school needs school bus transportation, the school must provide transportation. Please inform your school principals now, so they can make arrangements for a school bus.
Can my players parents bring them?
Yes
Do players have to stay the entire time:
Players are free to go after they have been eliminated.
If all the players on my team have been eliminated can our school bus leave:
Yes
Will There be lunch and snacks:
Yes
Will Elementary and Middle School students compete against each other:
Yes, grade level doesn’t matter in esports, elementary kids can crush it. Elementary students won 1st place in Madden, Rocket League & Mario Kart last year.
What games will students compete in at the tournament:
Madden, NBA2K, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros. & Mario Kart
Who gets to compete in the tournament:
The Top 5 players at your school at the end of the season (April 19th).
These are the top 5 players with the most points listed in the EGL Academy platform. The EGL Academy points are a total of the points students earned during game days and the points they accumulated by doing the lessons in the EGL Academy.
Can Players parents & Family attend:
Yes
Can my whole team come to support the top players on my team:
Yes, this is highly encouraged.
Are there prizes:
Yes
Will my team get t-shirts for the tournament this year:
